Blinding <condition> necessary?
hiya
ive heard many rumors about blinding being not useful and not "registring" as it says "90% for foe to miss." any of the rumor true? and should this be a concern and is equipment of skills such as "throw dirt" necessary at a cost of a skill space? |

Blinding warriors and rangers is a great thing to do, and I've never had blinding not register, so I dunno about that.
But about Throw Dirt...personally, I think it's useful, but the recharge time is WAY too long to make it worth the skill space. It'll just sit in your skill bar recharging most of the time. So, I personally don't really like it that much. |
